Results from the Schooling Show
2013 Miniature Horse Schooling Show was our most successful show to date! Here are some satistics.....
We had 34 Exhibitors this year who showed 32 horses in a wide variety of classes. Some classes had as many as 12 entries and many classes had 6 to 8 horses entered. We had exhibitors who drove in from Eagle Point, Or, a good 6 hour drive and from Goldendale, Wa, about a 3 hour drive, and of course many, many exhibitors from other areas. Thank you all for coming.
Our wonderful Judge came from Chehalis, Wa; to whom we deeply grateful for. Lisa Pichler just makes this show so special. She always has a smile on her face and is so good with the kids who are just starting their show careers and is so helpful to us more mature beginners as well.
...
We also want to thank all the volunteers who helped make this show possible from the kids who handed out ribbons, ring stewards, gate managers, office manager, and parking attendents. Also a special thanks to the Rhinstone Riders for manning the food booth. We really appreciated having food available on site.
This year the profits from the show are being donated to the Washington County 4-H Horse Leaders Association. They will be getting a check for $686.
